an aquatic Horror with the ability to produce blade like appendage that it uses to attack it's targets. The first report we've had was from a group of fisherman who's boat was attacked by it, leaving a giant clean slash on the bottom of the boat. Because of this and other reports the Wava Cutter was captured and contained in [REDACTED] and kept there until further notice.
