Silly old man!You almost break your neck,
watching, flinching
at my every rise and fall.
Silly old worry!
You look so dizzy,
watching, cringing
at my every twist and turn.
Silly old goof!
Why do you fret so?
I am not made of glass!
I am beginning to wonder if you
worry not about me passing these tests.
Silly old friend!
I know you would catch me if I fell,
do you not know that too?
I think your only fear is you.
*Okay this started as vent art, then turned into a good piece, and then I had an idea. So now it is a picture with a poem. The poem's meaning is one from the story I am writing. The acrobat is Caroline and her friend is the Doctor.
