Still in no way being able to comprehense this complex DevArt category system, I submit this pic I did of Ristar.For those not in the know, Ristar was a Mega Drive/Genesis game released in 1995/6 where you played this little guy with stretchy arms (not Dhalsim Jr before you ask) who has to rescue a solar system taken over by the evil Greedy. One of the planets Ristar visits is Freon, the token ice level. If you leave him standing long enough, he'll make a tiny, wikkel snowman, which is what this is based on.
