This is one of Merman Song 2 C3's transformation. I was gonna do it on PC & okay, back to the drawing. The second scene when he transforms, is little messed up. If you seen Song 2 C3's magic mermaid soulmate, that's what I was trying to do there.. Anyway, I hope you guys like it!& Question: Which character from any series as a Mermaid or a Merman should I transform next?
