third in my "proper Dagger kid references" adventure, Israel! i really like how this one came out especially, the lines were fun to work on as was figuring out her gradients/how to make them look not-wonky lol. Israel is a cynical being who desperately wants to let her guard down and allow herself to dream, but (thinks she) knows better than to do so due to her tumultuous past. a very maternal figure at her core, but refuses to allow herself to get close to or care for anyone due to fear of loss.
