Deciding to create a gamma projector which would alter the brain in regards of criminal behavior. While working at Arkham asylum Dr. Quinzel meets the joker. During the discussions finds out about the gamma projector. Joker breaks out and forces Dr. Quinzel to be a human guinea pig to test the device.
