Absolute soulIn a single tear
Spiritually dead
Physically here.
For mind: control
My sanity: gone
Ambiguous words
Insides torn
Dark days, dark thoughts
Mind paints black
these memories wrought
For a dream I fight
In the end, worth naught.
Absolute soul
In havoc and pain
Damage unseen
Quietly insane
For honour: I die
In death I mourn
Through meaningless drivel
No hope reborn.

Wow! No wonder this got the DP. It's great! It flows so insanely well... the fact that it's dark and twisted has nothing to do with why I like. The way it grabs you is as peoticaly madening as the emotions it's ment to convay. Great stuff & keep writing!

This poem certainly packs a punch with its dark mood. I love the flow of this. Every line just reads like a gem. If you are feeling down as in the poem, I hope that you will cheer up soon.

quite simply amazing, when all is lost ambiguity and a certain numbness set in...although I'd have to say that for me, giving up can taste so sweet...this is wonderful tiff, great, great job as always (rock)

how easy would it be to simply say "This is amazing" then just stop there? i can't.. it's too difficult to hear desperate words from someone who's always been optimistic and beaming with hope. it saddens me..~

Every stanza in this poem is so strong, like a fist in your face. Like a short poem on it's own. Stanza 2 is probably my favourite but through your magic you build a whole superlicious poem. I'm in awe of this, magnificent.

I think this is one of my personal favorites from you... The first stanza is simply incredible... I also love the rhyming scheme you used although the rhyming in the second stanza doesn't seem quite right for some reason... Excellent poem. . .
