Probably my hardest work yet. Took me a grand total of 9 hours to finish. Did some more (a lot more) stuff with the blending tool to add all the scorch marks all over the place.Tried to make a winter scene but, well, snow’s actually kinda hard so I went with a cold overcast look.
Basically Portland weather from November till June

It's certainly is one of your most packed pictures, lots of effort gone into making the city looked bombed out and spacing stuff apart so there's a nice feeling of distance. It feels weird to say a bombed out city looks good but...it does! Good work.
