Mr. Smith from the Doctor Who spin-off "The Sarah Jane Adventures". Many people who watch the mainstream Doctor Who episodes should recognize this as the last shot of Mr. Smith during "Journey's End", when K-9 uploads the TARDIS basecode.

Relatively speaking, I think that this piece was the simplest one to make out of the three "Doctor Who Supercomputer" Interfaces. I think the only trouble came from trying to recreate that funky weird thing that runs on the background (I don't even know what it's called). Fortunately, I just used the Kaleido-gen plugin for Paint.NET. Doesn't compare quite well to the real thing, but its pretty close
