not to slash these two is impossible, the show is the slashiest thing I ever saw! I mean, just listen to the Great Dragon - all that talk about two sides of the same coin and being each other's destinies ... I mean come on! you don't even need the slash googles. seriously. it's ALL THERE.

Yup it is most defiantly all there 
Of course I immediately thought of Arthur/Merlin when I first started watching the show but sometimes I just need to back away from the slashing lol ...... But then Arthur had to be all hot and stuffs! :/ And there is a scene were he gets angry at Merin and pushes him against a wall and gets really close which totally made me think "OMGOMGOMG! Kisshimkisshimkisshim!!"
... I think they do it on purpose >:/ lol

I realise that I am, ah, JE SUIS LOSER for only seeing this now, when nearly all of Merlin fandom have so long ago, but, Oh! this is too beautiful. ;_; I love how the composition in general is so simple, but the intensity in the lines and the swirls of colour--and just. the expressions on their faces (especially Merlin's) and Merlin's hand on Arthur's collar--are so, so, so, so goddamn beautiful and pure. <333333
