I've just finished 3 artwork remakes, and now I feel like a singer whose CD is full of nothing but revivals of old songs. truth be told, the originals were too good for an artist to let pass, and I took the risk of trying to do my own version of these masterpieces.

This is the first piece I tried to make my own version of. The original artwork was pencilled by Joe Quesada (now Marvel Editor-in-Chief in case you don't know yet) and inked by the legendary Kevin Nowlan. It was a full-page ad for a 12-issue maxiseries launched by DC in 1994. Saw it 2 weeks ago while I was tidying up my old comic stash.

I updated Robin's costume (yeah, like it can really be noticed), used Riddler's tights instead of the coat, and added Ngihtwing, Croc, Mr. Freeze, Catwoman, Bane, and Harley. Scarface and the original Ventriloquist were on the original piece. I ended up not having him here since I can't decide whether to draw Wesker Ventriloquist or the new one. Hope you like it anyway!
