I can't wait to get my hands on the third game (it isn't released here yet, and I'm sort of saving it as a Christmas present to myself) - until then, I'll just have to drool a little over your version of the Professor, because hot damn, is the lighting in this piece ever gorgeously done.
... Also, math problems? Eeep - I'm dead! Math is the bane of my existence.

I just...WOW. You've drawn the light streaming from the window and the folds in his clothing simply perfectly, as well as his top hat, hair, and facial structure. Your more realistic depiction of Layton is just marvelous every time!

Your lighting is incredible! I love how mature you make Layton look, but still retain the essence of his character Really nice.

Ah, the face is a wondrous take on the noble professor, but the hat (as always) takes the show. Well Done.

I hate the math puzzles >< So painful! The third game made me cry so bad at the end! It's so great.
This is really lovely! I love the roughness of the sketch and the quick shadows and highlights which contrast the thoughtful and calm tone of the piece in a very complimentary manner. As far as a sketch goes the only thing I'd change is to put a cup of tea beside him XD Even though this is unfinished it has such warmth to it that it doesn't need to be a finished piece^^

I just love how you draw the Professor in a realistic style. Every time I try, it turns like, "bleh". It really shows how different styles can really change a picture. ^^
