Thank you for the comment. This dragon does not breath fire. I made the teeth and positioned them inward for holding onto and swallowing fish. He likes to wade around and even dive for his dinner. His feet have low heels and semi webbing in-between the toes. He still lives on land so I couldn't give him frog feet. Think of him more like bear that can also be like the kingfisher bird.

incredible and unique
The semi-prehensile feet are a good touch
Judging by the dull teeth, I'd have to say this dragon is heavily depedant on it's flamebreath... although its spread out eyes seem to suggest otherwise. Might be possible that it's combustion organs are bigger than those of a normal dragon and during a confrontation, it spreads its fire out rapidly by swinging its head back and forth
