Heh... I don't know how much I have to say on this one, but very happy with it. There's something just cool about seeing these four heroes together. The colors especially all nicely pop with each other, makes me sorry Ivy isn't wearing her green.

Speaking of, the dialog on this one is to cover a mistake on my part. You'll notice the last time we saw Ivy she was wearing her pants-less workout outfit leaving the gym.... Martin meant for her to be wearing the outfit she arrived to the gym with, which is what she's wearing here. He threw in the dialog here saying she changed in the car. I think it's a happy accident, since I like the idea of Ivy regularly changing in the car, plus I like Alex's "tangle of limbs" line.

Actually, thinking about that more, Grant is a ten-year-old, Daryl is a trans-person and Alex is inhabiting somebody else's body; all have pretty good reasons why changing in a car in view of each other is a pretty terrible idea. Though it also makes sense that Ivy wouldn't care about that, and only try to push them toward the most time-saving option that would serve the job.

Then again, Blues has shown that Grant regularly changes into his costume in front of Nicky and Andy, and at one point all six of the kids changed in front of each other. Though that was an emergency.... Eh, I'm thinking too much about this. Let's focus on how adorable Christina giving her jacket out and trying to look like she's not being nice.

Yeah, the Ivy thing arose from a bit of miscommunication in the script but I'm still pretty happy with it, think makes for a nice gag here and it feels entirely in character for her to do. Similarly I like her being pretty much completely reasonable with Grant and Daryl here for being proactive but giving Alex shit for a making a minor complaint in passing.

Pretty sure this is the first time we've actually seen Christina without a jacket on, which is sort of weird to note. Guess just kind of a thing with her. ... Weird how two fights in a row Starchild winds up with an improvised jacket. Maybe it's something about that new mask.
