Description
Lost in a sea of faces,
Lost in a sea of hands.
Lost amongst the wilderness.
Lost underneath the sand.

As I walked, I walked alone.
Through a world, where no light shone.
I looked, and waited.
By breath: baited.

I walked, I walked along the stone.
Cobbled streets like ancient Rome .
As I walked I saw a girl, that outshone
All the deities that we know.

She looked past me,
But, with a voice that was raspy
She stated simply
That I stood too stiffly.

I wasn't free and loose.
I wasn't willing to lose.
I don't fall for simple rouses.
I won't be the one she chooses.

So again I am Lost in a sea of faces,
Lost in a sea of hands.
Lost amongst the wilderness.
Lost underneath the sand.

Maybe this is where I belong.
This is where I don't have to be strong.
