This isn't really a show entry, more a 'Hey this would be a cool bit to do while I'm holding this show' kind of thing.

Alexis Millburn was starting to think she was loosing it.

Every time she passed the large window at the far side of the arena, she swore her reflection was different.

Maybe she was just seeing things. After all, she still couldn't quite get it out of her head that she wasn't cut out for dressage.

For Crying out loud I can't even keep my heels down. Was one of many thoughts bouncing around in her head.

She couldn't shake the feeling she would mess up. She felt like she had messed up at her first show. No, it wasn't any placement that did that - She'd been a show jumper long enough that stuff like that rarely affected her. She just felt like she'd done so many small things incorrectly.

That had been a running theme recently.

As she pulled Knights into a halt just by the window, she noted that for just a moment her reflection was dressed entirely differently - a show coat compared to the costume she was in - and a different horse.

She managed to shake it off. Maybe she really was just seeing things from the stress and exhaustion of the last handful of weeks. After this maybe her and James would head out into the Lavender Fields (and the surrounding forest.) the stable got it's name from, like they did when they were younger.

"Or maybe I'll just sleep for a week." The teenager mumbled quietly - the only other living thing that probably could've heard it was Knights.

The most annoying part of all this was that this show was meant to be relaxing.. a nice, calm, show happening at home we're she could dress up.

But between James and Sadie arguing, the fact that she couldn't shake the fact that she'd made the wrong choice, and the fact that pretty much no one in the family had slept the night before...

Alexis took a deep breath and went back to trying to zone out to the music playing through her earbuds (Hidden cleverly under the hood of her cloak.)- a mixture of dark side scores from the Star Wars movies.

Small Update: Forgot that Knights had ranked up and so also forgot to add the brand so, I've done that now. That is all. (Don't decide drawings are finished when your half asleep at like two in the morning, folks.)
