EDIT 06/10/2023: Updated her appearance a little bit.
~
For the past few months on Tumblr I've been working on some OCs for some Hanna Barbera shows, and I'm finally posting one of them here.
This is Moonbeam Barksdale, a Drak Pack/Gravedale High crossover character (though her info down below will also reference Scooby Doo and the Ghoul School). The basic gist of her character is that she's the older sister of Howler from Drak Pack and teaches at Gravedale High.
The middle design is her human form. The left werewolf form, the one that looks the most post-transformation, is her Drak Pack design and the right werewolf form is her Gravedale High design as that's what she wears while teaching.
The show logos shown on the ref were taken from the shows directly, I just made them transparent.
Below is some very basic info about her - family members, a handful of personality traits, things like that. Just some simple stuff to get a rough idea of what she’s like.

Family members and relationship with them:
Moonbeam’s mother. When Moonbeam was younger she was quite close with her mother, as she helped her with taking care of her younger brothers and found comfort in her after her father’s passing. However, this relationship was shattered when she was 18 and her mother left her and her brothers behind to move to Transylvania without explanation for why. She eventually did get the explanation she needed - that her mother felt she couldn’t cope with her husband’s death in her current situation and needed a fresh start - but by then it was too late to quell her anger. She was incredibly bitter about her mother’s decision, especially when she discovered that her mother remarried and had another child soon after she moved to Transylvania. Now that she’s older, there’s a small part of Moonbeam that understands that her mother is in a better situation now, but that generally gets overridden by the part that is still upset.

Lon Talbot (Biological father)
Moonbeam’s biological father. Moonbeam doesn’t have too many prominent memories of her father from when she was a kid, as he often traveled for work, and but she does have a few from when he was home. When she was 11, however, he suddenly passed away, leaving the family in shambles. At the time she was incredibly distressed by this, but over the years she’s come to terms with his death and instead chooses to focus on the few positive memories he left behind.

Wilfred “Papa” Werewolf (Stepfather)
Moonbeam’s stepfather. Moonbeam has never met him in person, but has had some contact with him through letters he sends (and in fact she learned about his and her mother’s marriage that way). At first she was very bitter at him due to the circumstances surrounding his and her mother’s marriage, but as she’s gotten older she’s warmed up to him, even if she stills views him specifically as her stepfather instead of her father. (This is mainly because he has actually maintained a relationship with her, even going as far as sending her and her brothers birthday cards and other father-like gifts.)

Tearence Barksdale (Brother)
Moonbeam’s younger brother and the oldest of her three brothers. She tends to butt heads with him the most, given how his more relaxed nature clashes with her responsible one. However, she does hold a sense of respect for him, mainly due to how quickly he has able to pull his life together after their mother left; even if she doesn’t agree with his acting career at times, she does respect how he was able to get a job and apartment (and how he was willing to let her and Nicoclaws move in with him) and generally keep his life and attitude afloat.

Nicoclaws “Claws” Barksdale (Brother)
Moonbeam’s younger brother and the middle of her three brothers. She views him as her most level-headed brother and will go to him for advice before anyone else. Because of this level of respect, she tends to “lecture” him very rarely, even if she doesn’t fully understand his choices (she questions why he’s still in his “purposefully sad” phase, for example). She also somewhat sees herself in him, especially in his tendency to take things very seriously (and current difficulty in finding employment).

Howell “Howler” Barksdale (Brother)
Moonbeam’s younger brother and the youngest of her three brothers. She openly refers to him as her “favorite brother” and views him as her the pup of the family who still needs her protection. She is trying to let him live his own life without her constant suggestions/input, especially since he lives away from her and with his own pack now, but it’s hard for her to see him as anything but her baby brother. She often refers to him as “Howlie”, her nickname for him, whenever she talking about him to others.

Winnie Werewolf (Half sister)
Moonbeam’s youngest sibling and only sister. She has never met Winnie in person (or even had any direct contact with her), and when she first learned about her she didn’t want to. Now that she’s older she thinks differently and wouldn’t mind meeting her half sister, though she’s still not 100% she could feel about her the same as she does her brothers.

Other important notes:
- Moonbeam has the typical werewolf abilities - enhanced agility and endurance, increased sense of hearing and smell, claws and fangs that can be used to fight. She does also have the physical capability to have the breath and howling powers her youngest brother is known for (she has the needed enhanced lung capacity, for example), but she doesn’t actually have the ability to do them.

- Moonbeam can transform between her human and werewolf forms independently and at will.

- Moonbeam’s current position at Gravedale High (and her first job ever) is as the assistant gym coach to Coach Cadaver. She was hired mainly to make sure the other students at the school get a proper physical education (as Cadaver is only concerned with his own class/the football team). Of course, she did have other important qualifications as well, such as her natural werewolf athleticism and willingness to accept less pay than Cadaver gets.

- At work, Moonbeam is probably closest with Coach Cadaver as the two of them will have philosophical debates with one another on topics such as the treatment of strength/weakness and the nature of being a monster. (Both do view the other as inherently wrong during these debates, but they still like having someone to have these discussions with.) She is also trying to develop a friendly relationship with Mr. Schneider given her own experiences as a human, but has less opportunities to do so since they don’t directly work together like she and Cadaver do.
