complicated..I don’t want to board you with any Scientific information but I will tell you this...The device that is used to removing the armor is no smaller than an AK-47(gun). I don’t know what it is nor what it’ll look like...but it shoots/produces a Magnetic Pulses or Magnetic Energy Shield/

The Angela-45 is an android developed by WSSystems in 2780, the 45th in her series. She and her sister bots were originally designed for assisted war and melee fighting. In 3462, Angela received a second version. She was now indestructible and assisted in the detonation of atomic warheads and now had a more flexible yet irremovable steel alloy on her. Then, in 6519, Angela now had a flexible lower jaw and now her titanium/tungsten alloy could be "absorbed" into her hand at will therefore being naked. Also, she had a proper varying personality to her, developed by Google and Oracle. Now Angela fights in wars and provides a morale boost for soldiers.

Ok, you just need to do the following things first:
1* Get enough money to start funding that project (Possibly Billions of Dollars/Euros/Pounds, considering that this is almost like a real lifeform.),
2* Get skills in Robotics, Programming, Anatomy and Engineering,
3* Make the Angela-45 Robot itself,
4* Find out how to make AI,
5* Program that AI into the newly created robot,
6* Profit.
I'd like to see if you can do any of that, let alone the whole thing.
