Description
(Made this in order to celebrate FNaF’s 8th anniversary, and it’s a MU that I helped popularized, so yeah.)

Connections:
- They were both formerly normal fatherly figures who started their murder spree by killing children.
- They managed to avoid punishment for their crimes, for a while anyways.
- They later got their karmatic punishment when a group of others affected by their killings (the parents of Krueger’s victims and the souls of William’s victims) chased them into hiding in something (boiler room for Krueger and springlock suit for Afton) and died from it (Krueger got burned alive by the parents for the children he murdered and William got springlocked by the suit).
- However this would not prove to be their end, as they were resurrected by supernatural causes (Dream Demons and Remnant/soul juice), gaining not only insane new powers, but also a nigh unkillable status in their own verse.
- They started a new murder spree, which after a while got stopped and while they both died again, they both came back, not willing to give up and continuing their murderous legacy.
- After they were defeated, they were sent to Hell, and yet still found a way to come back.
- Both have and control a world where they are nearly unkillable (the VR World with Glitchtrap and the Dream World with Freddy Krueger).
- They also have a child who turned on them (Katherine Krueger/Maggie Burroughs and Michael Afton).
- Funnily enough, both have died and have a weakness to fire for various reasons (For Springtrap, being exposed to extreme temperatures without any escapes will melt away the Remnant fused inside him, killing him while Freddy ironically has pyrophobia).
- Both can use fear to their advantage against their victims (Freddy using his victim’s fears to empower himself in the Dream World while Springtrap uses fear and his Phantoms to make the night-guard panic and make mistakes, ultimately killing them himself).
- Their will to live helped them to constantly cheated death due to their essence living on in their bodies, and they went as far to even taking control of other people’s bodies in order to live on.
- And around the end of their series, they were finally put away, but are constantly hinted to be alive through other psychopathic beings (Glitchtrap messing with Vanny and Krueger messing with Jason) in order to be brought back to their physical life.
