Excuse me a moment while I attempt to stop drooling...okay. I only have one thing to say. Don't like the watch. Pose, lighting, excellent. Love the color scheme. The watch seems to draw the eye away from the obvious elegance of the photograph itself. I still like it though.

what do you eat? i'm doing six meals a day, every two hours or so. focusing on proteine and nutrients and cutting out most fat and nearly all junk food. also what exercises? i do V crunchs, bicycle and some other one. any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
