FBI that's not prob, as for SWAT that has a history all the way back since the 1960s one being the University of Texas tower shooting incident back in 1966 since then and now SWAT keeps us safe, taking down two bank robbers who had enough fire power to take out a small army, saving average normal people who become hostages, saving any single hostages from kids to adults. SWAT grow from the Riots and political conflicts of the 1960s, dialed with the 1974 Symbionese Liberation Army conflict, went head first into The "War on Drugs:" 1980s and 1990s, and today dealing with the Post-9/11 and the War on Terror.
