✦ By purchasing my designs, you agree that you have fully read and accepted these rules and TOS.

✦ My adopts and designs are for personal use only. For commercial use, please check the rules below.

✦ You may resell for the same price or lower only.

✦ You may adjust and/or edit the design to your liking but do not claim the art or design to be yours.

✦ You're free to use the design and develop the character however you please, as long as no profit is made unless you bought it for commercial use.

✦ I retain full rights over my works and may use them for showcase in my portfolio or as samples when needed (credits will be given to respective owner).

✦ It is prohibited to use my works for any AI learning or NFT. ✦ No refunds shall be made for any given reason as adoptable is a digital product.

✦ Please credit me where applicable. ©IzukiYia

✦ Prices are based on NON-COMMERCIAL USE. You can buy commercial use for my artworks.

✦ Commercial use include: Using it as VTuber design/OC design.

✦ Commercial use DOES NOT include: Merch such as keychains, stickers, prints etc.

✦ You may come to purchase commercial use at a later date when you decide to.

✦ You may request a PSD file for an additional charge. After buying adoptable you will receive:

✦ Original PNG (image) file without watermark of design and ADD-ONS if applicable.

✦ Character owner rights.

¬ Base price of character design (without commercial use) includes 2 full bodies of design and 6 details. ¬
