Description

I recently inherited a small quadcopter from a beloved grandfather who passed away, I have been trying (in vain) to get it operational but to no avail. I eventually managed to get it to take off, then cit crashed into a wall and one of the propeller motors no longer worked. This was greatly disheartening but I decided that it would not be thrown away despite it's condition. Instead I used it to convert this civillian transport for my 1/32 Dieselpunk world.

These are used by the Kingkyu Mining Company to transport the precious (and delicious) Lunar Cheese off the moon and through the void to the nearest O'niel colony. Of course the moon does not have an atmosphere in our time but in this InterGard future, one has been created with electromagnetic manipulation to make "The Umbilical" a corridor of breathable space which tethers to the earth and surrounds the moon, this essentially makes the Earth and Moon have a single atmosphere.

Lunar Cheese is a highly sought after luxury on Earth and is even more so on the colonies, as the Cheeseroad Truckers must patiently navigate through the airless void in their transports. With very limited fuel this is a dangerous task as one would not want to be stranded so far away from anything.
