The Riot Lords are a chaos warband, made up mostly of various renegade Xenos and humans, however a fair few Astartes have fallen in with the Riot Lords and often find themselves as commanders and leaders amongst their ranks. Their is no strict organization to the Riot Lords and they technically have no leaders, being truly anarchist. However in the 41st millennium, might often makes right and few can stand against the might of an astartes blessed by the Dark Gods. Notably a few Orks have become highly ranked, as well as renegade Eldar.
