Banded Bow tree tend to grow in moderately sized forests, like the ones around wynsiph. They bare lots of penny-sized leaves atop their branches that can come in any color from red to a pale green, regardless of the season. These colorful trees keep their leaves throughout the colder months of the year, constantly replacing older leaves instead of dropping them all at once. Some claim that by making the teeny leaves into tea, one can harness a healing energy from the tree to cure almost any ailment, however it is more of a wishful claim if anything. The wood itself is "striped" or "banded" in appearance, and is quite strong. The trees aren't particularly useful, however a sturdy house can be built with them if one had enough patience to cut through lots of the hard wood.
