Description
There is a SURPRISING number of good picture-taking places down down in the woods behind my house. Unfortunately the road I live on is being worked on at the moment, (probably for the next 4 months or so) and it's difficult to cross over the bridge to get to the good spots. And I can't exactly cross over the creek, with a tripod and camera bag in tow so I am not sure how often I'll go down there….buuut.
Well besides the fact it's going to get up into the 90°'s and humid in the next few months anyways, it was getting pretty hot here even right now actually.

You KNOW you need to wear bug spray once you box your ears hard enough in annoyance and practically go deaf as result evil annoying little creatures….

the whole time I was running around barefoot, and it had just rained a lot the past few days I stepped on multiple thorns, probably countless bugs and nasty wet gobby mud. so nasty.
