My T.o.S. (Terms of Service)

- I reserve the right to the artwork and the right to post it (unless it is a private commission you don't want seen publicly)

- If it is fan art for something like Mario or Sonic I have the right to put it on my Redbubble as a print.
- But if it has an O.C. with the character interacting with the character I won't put it on my Redbubble.

- Shaded and up can get speedpaints added on.

- Please use my Commission Template and send it through notes. It is easier for me to keep track of orders with the note system.

- I am willing to design characters if you do not have a design already prepared. Please just have a description ready and please be patient with me during the process. I may charge extra depending on how much work I have to do with the design process.

What I will not do / don't want done:

- I will not draw NSFW.

- I will not start until the payment is made. The farthest I will go is a very, very basic sketch of the pose.

- Please try to be polite and if you want something changed please don't be demanding. Please remember that I'm a person as well and I'd like to be treated with respect.

- I will not add symbols, images, logos or flags with connections to movements, organizations, political parties or cults (although I'm fine with using a color scheme). I will only put in flags related to countries and select religions. I reserve the right to reject any requested flag for any reason.

- Do not use my art to mint NFTs or use it to train art generators.

If you have questions about your commission's progress just go ahead and send me a note and ask whatever it is you want to know.
