With the little retcon I made for AC2, I starting getting ideas. Ideas like: what if Erusea recovered the downed Z.O.E. aircraft? Not the A.I., I'd bet money there'd be a memory wipe fail-safe for units in the field, but at least the aircraft. After that, wouldn't they then give the rebuilt aircraft to their best pilot to bring out it's full potential?
Thus, Yellow 13 in a ADFX-02 Morgan.
On the ISAF side, Mobius 1 has, by this time, proven to be ISAF's Ace of Aces, and thus has been given an XFA-27 to pilot into battle, rumored to possibly even be the same plane Phoenix ended the previous war in.
Thus the two top aces of the war finally come to blows over the Comona Islands, where Mobius 1 landed a hit on Yellow 13, forcing the squadron to retreat and ultimately ending the battle in ISAF's favor.
