Hmmm well for the plot:
It's basically a decade after the 'other' Kira (the one in the manga's extra that Near refuses to investigate). The kira case has been kinda forgotten almost. It's a period of relative peace. Near and Roger (acting as L and W) have disappeared. But then Kira comes back! But everyone involved in the previous Kira case have disappeared. So the government goes to Wammy's house for help.
How to:
So the rp is pretty complicated. Kira will be a non-playable-character and the admins will control him. Basically he's just to move the plot forward. The roleplay is to be organized into chapters and Kira will start each one. RPers can play as any of the Wammy's kids. It's just basically the Wammy's kids solving the kira case
Characters:
We're trying to keep the characters as cannon as possible. All of the original deathnote characters (L,Ratio,BB,ect.) are non-playable. Only OCs. We have some guidelines about the character. Like they have to be letters, and have an alias and stuff like that.You should probably read the character rules to get a better understanding of this stuff.
Rules:
There's lots of rules. Just read through them, it'll only take a few minutes. Most rpers have seen them before, just reminders to keep everything nice and organized and stuff.
