I was suddenly inspired to edit a pic.. I have no idea why.. But anyway, I'm somewhat proud of this one. I made the eyeshadow blue (it was originally purple), made the lips blue, put sparkly-ish brushes on the eyes, added a blue tint, etc.Frame-

I don't think I ever commented on this, but I love the blue tones and the fuzzy white at the top that gives a frozen icy look.. very nice job, especially the eyes, the eyeliner so thick looks good. Oh, and the sparklies on the eyes look good. NICE JOB -kia

A fairly simple manipulation, yet strangely effective.
I think the sparkly brushes on the eyes definitely add much-needed mood to the photo-manip, and completes the icy feel of the whole image. I think it's scanner-noise or film grain in the top left corner, but that's what really completes this picture. I like the way that, whereas usually this is detrimental to the overall quality of the manip, both aesthetically and executionally, it is actually beneficial to this.
