Looked more impressive in the icon, didn't it? Lol XDSo I was blessed enough to get to visit the mountains in Colorado over the 4th of July, and God painted the most beautiful sunset in the sky, so I was inspired to try my own
I wanted to work more on my backgrounds anyways, so this was a great opportunity XD Featuring a nameless adoptable I adopted from myself lol. I'm open to name suggestions c:Clouds are fun

Thank you so much! Yes, Colorado was great! It was a great break from life lol. We didn't have too much trouble with fires, but it got a bit smokey for a day or two. Then it rained and that's when we saw that gorgeous sunset.
Hope you guys haven't had trouble with fire :/ We've been praying for your state. I have a couple of friends that live in Colorado Springs and I've seen some awful pictures

No, my family is safe, we're just south of Denver, so we're far from the fires, and we were gone for the last two weeks anyways. But it was so strange, to see that our state was in danger, and we weren't anywhere near, so it was like it wasn't really happening. But thankfully, most of the fires are contained now, but it's a terrible tragedy. 360 homes were lost, along with 2 lives. One of my brother's friend's mom's husband (if you can follow that...) found the bodies. Supposedly, they refused to evacuate their home, and, well...yeah
But, enough of this sad stuff. The epidemic is pretty much over (thankfully...) and I'm so glad you had fun here

You guys have such a beautiful state, and I'm glad you weren't close to the fires! That was just awful to watch those poor people go through, and then the vandalism on top of it. Some people are just terrible.
