Appearance: Brown with a skewed star, half stripe and snip with one sock.
Build: Medium. Gus is a very nice looking horse to look at. He is not beautifully conformed, nor does he have any major faults. He has a nice clean and expressive head, a well-muscled neck on powerful sloping shoulders, decent girth and chest with a nice powerful hind end and nice legs with good bone.

Discipline: Cross Country

Personality:
Being from a previous stable that allowed him to get away with many bad habits, Gus has become somewhat of a rebel. He is pushy and headstrong and has a hard time understanding personal boundaries. He loves to run, but seems to need a steady hand to keep him from pushing too hard and injuring himself. He is slowly learning respect and understanding towards Amanda, learning that someone is willing to put in the time and effort to give him the push he needs but also keep him grounded.
Likes: Salty things, running, being in control of the situation.
Dislikes: Being told to slow down, too much pulling on his reins, fearful or non-understanding riders/trainers.
