I recently re-vamped the Puffs for Powerpuff Panic! a bit and made them rotation sheets , so now I thought I'd re-do the evil kiddos. The last time I drew them in their uniforms was way WAY back, with a whole other art style. So, here's their updated versiosn! Julie Smith and Bud have simplified versions of what their originals looked like, versus Princess who has a different look altogether. I also adjusted her skin tone to be more yellow, to go with her theme and outfits.
