Alex is part of a series of self-sufficient androids released into the wild to help their human counterparts in a growing world - manufactured by the same company who made Xander's cybernetics, they both talk quite frequently and often exchange parts between them since they're compatible with each other somewhat. Containing boosters in his shoes, he's able to sustain a relatively stable flight for around 30 minutes so it doesn't cause too much strain on his power. He only needs to recharge once every week with a port on the left side of his neck, while his hands can be detached and replaced with anything you can realistically think of since they're basically as strong as a mains outlet you could probably run your toaster with it lol. Like everyone else, he has a barcode printed onto him somewhere on the left arm. On Alex it's near his wrist.
