Tint has kind of a 1960's mood to it, but the outfit looks a bit more modern.  Color definition makes the clothing look like it was added to a nude figure, except where the shoe strap clearly pulls against the natural curve of her foot.  It reminds me of one of those dress-up-doll games that Newgrounds used to host.
