Here he is, the other Kintobar, Snively...There is a reason why I brought Hope in before Snively

In the altered timeline, Snively was a respected scientist in his field, and many of his field call him "Snively The Mad"....Often he coins the phrase "Madness Is Genius", and he lives it every day of his life...But everything had changed for him when "That Freak" and his Uncle Ivo Robotnik started taking over the world...His first instincts were to find any remains of hsi family and try to save them as fast as possible, and the only remaining member was his niece, Hope...Together he and Hope toured all of Mobius for his research and financing both a living and a means to continue that living...Thye both eventually found shelter in Knothole and for months they were a valuable asset, healing the wounded, curing the sick, finding ways to disable the Swatbots, hindering Robotnik's campaign, it took them a while, but they are as trusted as any Freedom Fighter before them. Or....so they thought.

SPOILERS: Eventually they find out that Snively himself is WORKING FOR ROBOTNIK! This led to him escaping, and leaving Hope as a prisoner of the Freedom Fighters...This had led her to be extremely distraught, why would her uncle work for the man who killed his brother, and sister-in-law? Eventually the Freedom Fighters caught up to Snively and demanded answers...Maybe they would go lenient on him...But Snively...all he did was laugh at how gullible every last one of them were...even his own niece didn't find out and she lived with him! Then he showed them something truly disturbing...He then asked them if they knew he mastered shrinking technology, and then he pulled out a small wooden box that housed a tiny sword...he used an enlarging ray and then he shown it in their faces.....It was THE SWORD OF MAXWELL ACORN! That is right....SNIVELY IS "THAT FREAK," THE ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATHS OF MANY OF THE FREEDOM FIGHTERS' PARENTS INCLUDING TAILS'S, SALLY'S AND SONIC'S...What happened after that....well...Imagine the reactions like this --> www.youtube.com/watch?v=6HwH9F…

His purposes are still a mystery...But he says his main reason..."Research"....And yes, this Snively is a Snively from the future...So where's the Snively from this timeline? Well, this Snively also mastered "Anti-Paradox" Time Travel, in short he replaced the Snively from this timeline, but the repercussions of his actions is that he can NOT go back to his timeline...This Snively doesn't seem to mind at all....Still, what are the ends of his diabolical plans?

Edit: Part of his plans were on the research of "Core Babies"...Rare Mobians who are able to control the power of the "Chaos Stream," a.k.a. The Chaos Emeralds...He knew that Sonic would gain his Super Speed eventually, simply because he is one of those Core Babies that Snively was talking about, so he just sped the process along, since he can't wait for Mother Nature to kick in..Every Core Baby is born with a "Core" inside them, and this is the organic tool utilized to power Chaos Emeralds...Yep, everything leads back to the Chaos Emeralds, the ultimate power source in all of Mobius.
