Soooo went in for my 15 minute sketch and.. the 15 minutes quicky turned into.. about 1.5 hours. Catwoman - undoubtedly my favorite Heroine/Antihero/Comic character ever.Im not looking forward to much to Anne Hathaway's performance of her. I've liked other things that shes done, but its never blown me away... and she has some MIGHTLY large stilletos to fill, and have to SEEN that dreadful costume? Uck. Even Halle Berry's was better than that garbage!

Michelle Pfeiffer
Julie Newmar
Lee Meriwether
Eartha Kit
Halle Berry
Though Im going to be honest and say I usually count Halle Berry OUT of the Catwomen pool simply because that movie was an outright DISASTER. NEVER should have been done. Whats that crap about a "long line of catwomen" pift. Give me a freggin break.

I place Julie Newmar at the top as she is the actress I cherish from my childhood. I also remember her in the short-lived TV series "Living Doll" in which she played a "fembot". Think of her as the great grandmother of Chii from "Chobits".
Had Newmar not been so afraid of being type cast as Catwoman, neither Meriwether or Kit would have had the opportunity to fill in for her.
I was rather shocked when the role of Catwoman went to a blonde actress in 1992. I referred to Pfiffer as "Kittenwoman" because she was so wrong for the character.
I saw the New "Batman" trailer. There is a brief clip of Hathaway wearing a retro Sixties outfit. It looks as though the Audrey Hepburn pseudo-connection is being played up by Nolan.
