Description
detailed information here:www.ancientegypt.co.uk/mummies…
This is the edited version. Reposting a few since I had some problems with the original.
I'm sorry I re-posted this twice now. T^T
I couldn't share on other sites as it was originally. If you cant reach a general audience then the education is limited.
I like the idea of educating rather than have all this stuff be seen for other purposes. So cleaning it up helps.
So here we see two noblewomen, sisters, mourning a dead loved one. You can see on the back table wrappings for the
corpse, oils etc. Incense was burned to deal with the rot. visit your local museum virtual or what not for more info on
Egyptian Mummification rights. He is decomposing slightly.

extra notes:
*that's not his Phallis , it's a bronze incense burner for ceremony which features Sekhmet
*the bed he is in is fashioned after Sekhmet and is said to have been used in mummification
*you can see a mummified cat and a funeral mask.
*on the table you can also see oils and strips/ bandages for the mummy
*The man is holding a canopic jar where the organs were put.
