My Drow as she appears in the Multiverse on Roleplay Gateway.

Speaking-With-Silence's original name was Miyo of House Lorune, at age 6 she backtalked to another houses Matron Mother, this Matron Mother was much higther in power compared to her own family. the result of backtalking was the loss of her tongue, her brothers were enraged and told their parents, war was waged against the rival house that took their only childs voice from them. Silence's mother personally ripped the tongue out of the Matron Mother that took her daughters own tongue.

Silence then went on by age nine to master the Drow Sign Language, her twin swords style is second only to Drizzt Do'Urden, whom Silence's parents aspire to be like. Secretly the family worships Melikki and Mykrul.

Speaking-With-Silence finishes her schooling at the Drow warriors schools and failed at being a mage with only five spells mastered and a dozen only barely learned if not skilled in. Constantly seeking to prove herself dispite her only setback of not able to speak. She headed for the World Above and at her parents insisting, she took two of her brothers with her to help her be understood with the surface residents.

Being a Drow on the surface isnt easy. But hey, at least they got each other
