To display multiple clocks with different time zones, follow these steps:
1. Go to Documents \ Rainmeter \ Skins, make several copies of the WindowsMasterClock folder and name them for example, WindowsMasterClock2, WindowsMasterClock3 .....
2. Right-click the Rainmeter icon in the taskbar and choose Refresh all
3. Then choose the location and time zone for each clock in the settings menu .

To change Fahrenheit with Celsius, in the Settings menu open the Languages submenu and choose EnglishWorld °C, EnglishGB °C (for UK) , or any other language you want.
Do not switch quickly between languages !

Wait 15-20 seconds before choosing another version or language !

For me it works without problems.
Be careful when you type the value in the box, each number must be displayed before typing ENTER.
If at the moment you typed ENTER, in the box it was only 0. without number after the point, the clock disappears !

Again, it works perfectly for me.
I tried 0.05 and 0.1 and the clock is displayed.
I use this resizing mode on all my skins, and there were no problems at all.
Do not rush when you type the value in the size box.

Small problem when I do mouse over the weather icon, the wrong city shows up and wrong temperature. Maybe the web site ?
UPDATE: okay for some reasons, the settings did not change too my location. I changed it by hand and now is ok
