Yesterday, I drew an Evolved version of the Spinosaurus Godzilla I drew a bit ago. This design is more based on Kaprosuchus! The reason this Godzilla changed this way is to be more swift and land based compared to his previous body which is much slower and built for aquatic environments. Both sets of limbs were elongated to make him more effective in combat and allow him to adopt a bipedal and quadrupedal stance. The atomic energy has increased greatly, going from a blue-ish color to a more magenta looking color. The dorsal plates have also slightly changed shape, making them somewhat translucent, like an exoskeleton after molting and before hardening. These changes were made in response to Biollante’s extreme growth, becoming a global threat. However, the evolution had to be rushed if this Godzilla would be able to confront Biollante in time. The energy reserves in Godzilla’s body were used up, making him nearly bone thin, as well as the growing pains he likely experienced changing as much and as rapidly as he did have made him quite aggressive and reckless. The dorsal plates are all fused together to make a giant ‘sail’ on his back, but to make himself more mobile (and because he was pressed for time), the ‘sail’ was spilt apart in some sections, causing the atomic energy in them to escape in the form of smoke.
