Unfortunately, this particular Hedorah tried cleaning our oceans and eventually ended up in his current state. He’s consumed materials that have forced him to rapidly grow and not molt properly, covering him in multiple layers of stuck shells. The various waste and materials he’s consumed have gradually eaten away at his brain and nervous system, causing him to lose all physical sensations and also putting him in a rabid/frenzied state, allowing him to do things an animal of his size otherwise couldn’t/wouldn’t, such as leaping. His slime secretion has gone into overdrive, as has the rest of his body, including his bio electricity production, heating up the slime and shells covering his body to the point of melting together and emitting toxic fumes. On top of everything else, he has also gained a corrosive acid breath attack, which is basically his body forcefully purging his stomach contents (Hedorahs have very strong stomach acids). Honestly, I think he’s a little underwhelming and too different compared to the original Hedorah and other fan designs I’ve seen, what to you think?#godzilla #fanart #kaiju #hedorah
