Nakoruru, from the Samurai Shodown, done by Tekkanon. This particular animation was done for her Capcom Vs SNK 2 version for MUGEN, and was the very first shock animation done for the project by both him and in general.

As always, sprite is open-sourced~ Also, feel free to edit/improve upon it. If you can even make the sprites themselves better for me for the Midnight Bliss & Shock Project, I shall credit you for them.
