Drawn Sometime near the end of August 2010A modernisation of the Four Constellations of Chinese Mythology
from left to right
Qing Long - east, wood, blue dragon, yin
Bai Hu - west, metal, white tiger, yang
Zhu Que - south, fire, red phoenix, yang
Xuan Wu - north, water, a black turtle snake, yin & yang balenced
heavily inspired by their depictions in the Kylie Chan novels in the Dark heaven Trilogy and the Journey to Wundang trilogy
a very rough sketch. all four drawn in the space of an hour.
