If I'm not mistaken it's a book by Danny Choo in which people all around the world who like Japanese pop-culture or other people can submit photo's and pictures. In Otacool 1 it was about worldwide rooms, in Otacool 2 it was cosplay and in Otacool 3 worldwide workspaces. I hadn't actually heard of Otacool 4, but I'm guessing it's art or illustrations or something?
Anyways, amazing job on this! I like the colors and the classical mixed with the modern! ^^
