I have a thing for old radio programs. The Shadow is one of my favorites.
I've been on a bit of a superhero kick with my drawings lately, and my wandering mind for some reason led me to the Shadow. There's a traditional appearance for The Shadow: A black coat, red cloak, and black hat. But because The Shadow uses hypnotic techniques to avoid being seen, it's unlikely anyone would ever SEE this traditional appearance. So instead, I drew Lamont Cranston, his secret identity in the Radio Serials, with his shadow assuming the traditional form.
