Description
Rogue from X-men.This was done for a friend by request. She was the main encouragement the night before I colored my piece for the Udon Tibute Contest. In that it won, she at least deserves a finish request.
Forgive me Im still learning. Need more practice in certain areas.
revision-3/09-smoothing and color tweaks.

I love how the title of the piece references the conversation between her and Angel in the animated series from the 90's. Great piece overall.

It's flawless dude! I think the feet are the only part that coulda been worked on a little more. All in all though, Very beautiful, and inspiring. I think I wanna try a rogue pic!

if i had to say one thing id say that rogue herself could use a bit more saturation [at least as far as the highlights or what not goes]
the colors are fairly muted and there isnt too much contrast [well there is] i just think the bright background kinda drowns rogue out a little bit
if her colors were just a little more vibrant i think she'd stand out much better

Wow, you've done justice to Rogue. This is by far better than some of the illustrations I've seen printed. I've loved Rogue since 15-16 years ago. Thanks for sharing this!

The overall look and color is very good. Plus I like Rogue a lot, coz she's voracious. A little more contrast to it would make it a little more subtle, curves really help out a lot.

what a rich color job, very good stuff, the ankles of the jim lee'esque foot (is it all right that i call it that?) pointing to the camera protrude a little more then necessary, I suspect if you thin those out and widen what is visible of the heel, you'll iron out that awkward look.
Anyways I have no right to criticize and I hope to see more great work from you in the future.
