Description
The damp forest erupted with a chorus of cries, as small mammals and insects hurried to and fro. The humid air made Vaku’s whiskers heavy. He craned his neck further beneath the massive fallen tree, peering at the interior. It reeked of moss. It seemed stable enough to provide shelter though. The sun continued to sink towards the horizon behind him, and he busied himself by moving further inside to investigate.
”Are you sure you don’t want to keep going?” Voodoo chimed in. “There’s still enough light, it’s only dusk.”
”No point now,” Efari spoke softly, “We might as well get some rest. It’s getting late.” The terror bird clacked her beak. “Who knows what lurks here at night…”
Another collaboration with GECK0-RPG . They drew the background and did the effects, and I handled the beasts. This time we’re tackling a simple HP prompt, featuring Voodoo, Efari and Vaku.
