I love her (or his) design and setting, it's so interesting.
I like how mutant look just like mutant.XP
Name: Nazar
Real name: Hogan
Age: 20 (but looks like 15)
Gender: Male
EVO Ability: Sixth Sense, Black Energy
-Hogan was a normal 15 years-old teenager, he changed his name to "Nazar" after became an EVO.
-Once he transformed into an EVO, his body stopped to grow, that's why he is older than he looks.
-Nazar body only have color of black and white, even his blood is black.
-The eye on his forehead called the Third Eye, it gives him precise Sixth Sense.
-The Black Energy comes from his body can form into stuffs. So far there are sickles(to attack), shield(to block attack), wings(to travel), and board(for fun).
-Neither a member of Providence nor the Pack. Not a nice guy. Shifty.
If anyone wants to draw or write about him, feel free to ask me. You can even use him as a bad guy if you want.
Always remember to mention that he belongs to me though.

Well he doesn't have anybody in mind, and so far I don't see anyone wants to be with him.
But Nazar is mean and doesn't treat anyone nice, you can make an OC that likes him, but that doesn't mean he will fell for her so soon and treat her like a queen. Sorry...

How would nazar like to join the Rogue Evo's (RE)..its a place for evo's that dont belong to the pack nor providance......There is kinda a leader but the evo's dotn have to listen to the leader unless its ergant...Evo's can leave at anytime but its discourage....The location of the evo's are secret thats why quiting is discourging cause we might think your sharing the location
