Resident hacker and informant in my universe, having no allegiance to any of the factions at play. He works for the highest bidder.

When forced out into the field, he dons this specialized suit of armor. He's not a capable fighter so he specializes in hit and run tactics, using his robotic arms to evade his opponents, functioning much like Attack on Titan's ODM gear with wire cables to swing around. His armor allows him to hack into and control anything computerized/technological. He controls anything he hacks into with his trusty gaming pad to his own amusement. It possesses some limited optical camouflaging as well too.
